It is in beta right now and works only with Google (and GMail) right now but we have plans to support more email clients soon. We use Google Login (using oAuth sign in process) which means

  • It is Extremely secure (using 256Bit SSL)
  • Your passwords are never stored on our servers.

Going forward, this login will be used to sync your data across devices, take a secure backup of your To-Dos and notes and introduce new features like Google Calendar. We love Chrome and this login integrates us more deeply in the Chrome ecosystem.

A brand new version of Limitless

Today, we are launching a brand new version of Limitless and it is a sign of exciting times to come. It is are result of 2 months of hard work, so we will be having a toast tonite ;) Here are some of the features:

1. Clean Design

We have reimagined the design of Limitless from the ground up. It is now much more minimalistic and doesn't interrupt your workflow. Check out the redesigned analytics and notebook screens and let us know what you think.

                                                                  Hello, beautiful!

2. Frequently visited sites are a lot smarter.

Literally your most visited websites :D

Literally your most visited websites :D

We redid the frequently visited sites tab based on your feedback. It is now automatically populated based on how much time you spend on a particular site. It is refreshed weekly for now but we are planning to give more control options soon.

3. Productivity Reports

This was another requested feature. You can now see how your productivity changes over a week, month or an year with  a simple yet effective report. This is a paid feature and with just one time payment, you get lifetime access!  Please support the development of Limitless to make sure we can keep releasing more features that you love.

4. More contextual nudges

Limitless is a companion and that means it always has your best interests at heart. So, we have reimagined what nudges you should see and when. This makes Limitless that much more insightful and we hope, more caring!

No more zero days

You set a goal- Losing some pounds. Finishing that long paper or finally getting that boring, administrative thing done. You set a deadline - "I AM going to finish this paper in a week." Yet somehow you don't. You do it with much energy for a couple of days and then something comes up - that party,  a "short" nap or that crucial football game. You lose your focus for a day and before you know it, it's the end of the week. You have not met your goal and you feel guilty.

Our behavior is like a super vortex of the things we are used to. Changing habits will not happen in the vortex because your brain/ laziness will resist it. Change will happen when you slowly move away from the vortex and one simple rule will get you there - NO ZERO DAYS.

"A zero day is the day when you don't do a single thing towards your goal."

Its 11.58pm and feel like you didn't do anything? Do that one pushup. Write that sentence. Read one page.

You may say its not much but hey, it's not zero. 1 is much, much better than a zero. Zero is your enemy. Fight it, ruthlessly.

Changing habits and achieving goals doesn't happen when you are stuck in the super vortex. It happens after a series of non-zero days. Try it. It doesn't take that much effort. When you do that one push-up, you will find the energy and you will do 10 more, maybe even head to the gym.

You just have to overcome that moment, that one second, of procrastination and lethargy. Viewing Zero as your enemy will help you do just that. Keep it simple. Just remember,

NO MORE ZERO DAYS.

You can read more about it here.
