At Limitless, our ("Be Limitless Inc.") mission is to help you (“the user”) be more productive and achieve your goals. To satisfy the mission and to create a seamless, intuitive product experience, we (“Be Limitless Inc.”) have created a set of privacy practices. Please spend some to familiarize yourself with them. By using Limitless, you are agreeing to our privacy policy. This privacy policy applies to the website (testlimitless.com & belimitless.co) and all future products and services offered by Be Limitless, Inc.

  1. First and foremost, we look at ourselves as stewards of your data. Your data belongs to you and you alone. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information without your explicit consent, with or without personally identifying information.

  2. At the moment, all your private data is stored locally on your computer. We may however, choose to move part of this data to a database on our servers, to enable you to work on multiple computers and enable features such as data backups and multi device syncing. If we store your data at any point of time in the future on our server, we will ensure proper safeguards like encryptions and security clearances for Be Limitless Inc., employees to prevent any unauthorized access of this data.

  3. You may be asked to provide personal information, namely your Name and email address, while using Limitless. You can always choose not to provide this information but we might not be able to provide you with the most optimal experience and/ or provide assistance in case of concerns. We may share this personal information with some or all our services and products in the future to improve our products, services, content and advertising in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

  4. As it is with all websites and apps, we store metadata about our users on our servers. This includes broader data such as the total time spent on the browser by a user. However, we make sure no personally identifiable information is associated with this metadata. This data is used for data analysis and to improve the experience of the product. We may share information about user behavior in the aggregate only. We may require to share your personal information for the purposes of a business deal (or negotiation of a business deal) involving sale or transfer of all or a part of our business. These deals can include any merger, financing or an acquisition.

  5. When you use our services or products, your computer/ mobile devices automatically provides us with technical information like browser type, OS, domain names, access times, language preferences, time you spend in our product/ services and your interactions with our products and services. To better protect your privacy, we only store domain names of sites and if we choose to record the full Unique Resource Locator (URL) in the future, we will ensure safeguards and security measures to protect sensitive information in a way that is consistent with this Privacy policy. By default, all sites you browse are logged to provide accurate tracking. Through the browser button we have made it easy for you to prevent a particular site from being tracked or pause the timer. We don't track anything in incognito mode. You may also clear the data at any point using the trash icon on the menu in the product.

  6. Our website, services and products may use a technology called “cookies”. These technologies help us understand user behavior and provide enhanced user experience, optimal use of local storage space, personalized recommendations and affiliations. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please be aware that this may cause the entire or a part of the Site, product or service to not function properly. 

  7. We might in the future work with affiliated businesses such as photography websites, e-commerce stores, media publications and content sites for purposes of relevant recommendations, joint offering and/ or co-branding. You can tell when a third party is involved with the transactions. We share non personally identifiable information and that too only related to the particular transaction with the third party. Although we currently do not use, we might in the future use services such as VigLinks and SkimLinks to automatically affiliate commercial links in a way that is covered by this privacy policy. The focus will be to ensure that the user experience is not hampered, our strict privacy safeguards are maintained and you can always opt out. 

  8. You may disable or delete the extension any time by going to chrome://extensions on your browser, if you are using the Chrome extension.

  9. For items you buy on the Chrome Web Store, you have 30 minutes to cancel your purchase before your credit card is charged. The 30-minute cancellation period begins when your credit card is for the purchase in Google Payments. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after the cancellation period ends.  If you buy the app a second time, the sale is final and your credit card will be charged.

  10. Be Limitless Inc.,  has the sole discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we are only obligated to revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage all users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about privacy policy changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
